Nespresso Recruitment Executive

THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Executive to manage the recruitment and selection of Brand Ambassadors on behalf of iD Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Area Management
  • 360° Recruitment - responsible for ensuring only high-calibre candidates are recruited for our Nespresso programme
  • Management of jobs boards, advertising, applications and candidate screening
  • Interview management and scheduling
  • Management of iD Staffing database and staff profiles
  • Ensure all HR legislation and process is adhered to

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation & attention to detail
  • Problem solving & creativity
  • Previous experience working within recruitment
  • Leadership & People management skills
  • Strong industry knowledge
